  Real estate agent Hello New Orleans! The missus and I are returning to the city after a six month road trip. Previously we rented a home but now we're looking to buy a house. We're especially interested in buying a multi-family home, like a two-under-one-roof, and be landlords. Does anyone know (or is anyone a) good real estate agent in NOLA who can help us find a house? Since I'll be out of state, and this will be my first time being a landlord, I'm looking for someone that can also handle day-to-day handyman type stuff.   My friend is branching out and just started her own property management/ real estate company after 7 years of doing it for other people. She could be exactly what you're looking for since she doesn't have a massive portfolio yet. https://www.elysianrealtynola.com/
