  I don't know if they accept that insurance but I see Dr. Michelle Enmark over on Howe Ave near Northrop. I originally saw a different dentist there but she switched careers and they assigned me to Dr. Enmark after she left. Dr. Enmark is super gentle and very good to work with. I also had a severe phobia of the dentist due to numerous traumatic experiences in my life. The staff and dentists at this practice basically helped me overcome all that.
