  Ricky S. wrote: TOO BUSY! Currently this is the only option in town if you as an adult need dental work done, when using Medicaid to pay for it. My spouse got her dentures September of 2014, and has not been able to wear them. This clinic is very busy, very disorganized, and careless. I myself in June of 2015 had to sit three hours in the waiting room for a 2 minute quick Prior Authorization exam because the receptionist erased my name off the sign-in dry erase board without properly bringing up my records so that I could be seen. Five different stories were given over a period of a year when asked how Spend Downs work.

  Look into the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio...I think they offer services based on a sliding scale. The only thing is that I think they usually have a waiting list.
