I bought a house in which I wasn't aware of a backyard flooding problem. When I bought it the seller just said it needed some esthetics repairs, the inspector never found about the flooding because the yard had almost two feet of leaves and it wasn't rainy at the time of the inspection.
Some people have told me that the seller is liable for not telling us about the flooding issue.
Does anyone have any information about it or can recommend an attorney to get more information. Thanks!
