Suggestions while in town for 49ers/Ravens? Hey all,
I'm traveling to Baltimore with my wife and Dad next month for the 49ers/Ravens game. We are planning to stay for a few nights at a hotel in the Inner Harbor.
Looking for suggestions on restaurants and things to do while we're in town. We don't drink but love food and coffee - we enjoy trying the local favorites. We enjoy sightseeing, walking through cool neighborhoods, and shopping at unique stores.
I'm also looking to see if the areas around the Inner Harbor and M&T Bank Stadium were fairly safe and walkable. We are used to walking around big cities, but I'm not particularly familiar with downtown Baltimore.
Any advice at all is so greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You could easily walk up to Mount Vernon Marketplace, which has several food stalls, and connected to it is Ceremony, a hip local coffee shop. Across the street is The Walters Art Museum. Go to mount Vernon and soak up all the culture and historical architecture. Go to Dooby’s (cafe & bar), Baby’s on Fire, Mount Vernon market place, the Walters art museum and the Peabody library, hang outside Washington Place and climb up the stair of the Original Washington Monument. Go over to the hotel Revival and eat at TopSide and get the birds eye view of Baltimore. In mount Vernon you’ll come across several of the first churches and cathedrals in the US. I also recommend stoping by the former hotel Belvedere which is now condos but in the first floor is a bar/Resturtant that was a prohibition era speakeasy called OwlBar. Lots of famous people, celebrities, politicians and royalty have been there. Also stop at The Brewers Art, it’s a nationally ranked brewery and Resturtant. Upstairs is the Resturtant and In the basement dungeon is the bar. There’s also great ethnic foods like Afghani at The Helman, Nepali‘s, Indian, vegetarian/vegan soul food (Land Of Kush), etc
