  I have personally used one of the best in the area - Bob Haas - Sussex Fence Company. I did the drawings for all of my neighbors (east side of Ocean Bluff), submitted them to the property mgr for approval and had Bob supply material and install for all of us. Can't tell you how pleased I was - neat, efficient and a very fair price. He did our house; Walsh's; Metler's; Boyer's; and Swartz's - all in a row. FYI: a 4' white vinyl fence/gate - square with a top & bottom rail ... simple and clean.
