  garrett basement waterproofing. We had ours done by them. They will give you some options on what to do. We looked at 3 total, including them, and they were in the middle as for price. After they are done, they will give you a guarantee that lasts the life of the house. If you move, the new owner has the guarantee. It took them about 3 days, and its a family owned company.
