  does the town of Lloyd/highland have online information about building codes, requirements, process. etc. if so, I cant seem to find it. What are the first steps we need to take now so we can start in spring? etc. never did anything like this before so not sure where to start. also recommendations for something to do a slab, plumbing, well, septic. thanks.
