I am going to confess I am super nauseous the muscle I messed up last pregnancy is flaring on a constant basis making waking hurt. And now my hips hurt to the point of constant tears. Sometimes they feel like they are super loose and I can feel them shift. Sitting on hard surfaces is the worst in a way this pregnancy is harder than last time. It's remembering to keep moving to loosen up the muscle and to actually tell the doctor I am in pain. I see a chiropractor and PT in my future not excited and in need of encouragement.
