My name is Cathy Wright, I started Agile Admin in 2012, as I saw there was a clear need in the market for a more flexible approach to administration and marketing services, particularly in the small business sector. I have worked in various administration functions for over 20 years, so would like to think I will have a great understanding of your needs and issues.

Can anyone suggest any good but affordable PR companies to help promote my book? So far I'm looking at Authoright and Publishing Push? Anyone had any experience with these?

Hi there. I run my own business. www.agileadministration. I offer lots of services, but have 2 clients who I work with who are authors helping them in different ways (both with different budgets). I work on an adhoc or contract basis. 1, I write press releases, manage websites, local marketing (now very well known in the community) including lots more.
