  You have a lot of suggestions already, but I can toss in a few more: [Laurie Marcey (Coldwell-Banker)](https://lmarcey.cbadvantage.com/) was immensely helpful to me when I went to buy my first home in Durham. And [Matt Minor](http://mattminordurham.com/about-matt-minor-durham-realtor/) is a really nice guy who knows the area well. I would highly recommend either of these two realtors if you are looking in Durham!
