We need a bond clean, carpets and house flea treated (due to the dog) we have done the maths and est it is going too cost $700 just in exit cleaning fees. Is this normal and can anyone recommend someone who is fairly cheap and can do it all in one. Just an expensive cost on top of the bond. Thanks.
