This is why I was so excited when I saw Rachel Frazer had opened a salon, Rachel's Hair Salon here in downtown Erie! My first appt. was this Saturday & she did awesome!!! I love my haircut & highlights, Rachel was super friendly & the prices were great!;) I even got my eyebrows waxed & will for sure be back for that pedicure!!! I would definitely recommend Rachel's Hair Salon to anyone! It's time to go check her out & support our local businesses!;)))
