  I know this seems like a repeat post, but I've added a specific: ISO pro painter that has mastered plaster walls/ceilings in historic homes. Looking to paint foyer, stairs and upstairs landing. Ceiling patching has already been done. Also a bedroom that needs scraping then painted. Also - ISO a roofer that has mastered metal roofs. I have a 2yo tin roof that has 7 active leaks. Installing contractor left site and didn't return. I have solid idea where water is coming in. Need to be able to confirm and fix invisible leak spots! Edited to add: also have a friend in Newark (by UD/95) that is in need of someone to wallpaper her updated bathroom. Is this a lost art?
