  Small contractor/handyman I have a two story brick row home in town with some wood trim/decoration on the brick above the second floor windows. It's falling apart and I need to get it repaired soon. Any one have any recommendations for someone who could do this? I've had bad luck with contractors and would rather not waste my time with someone who a) doesn't really want the work, b) talks to me like I'm a complete idiot and c) does a crap job. I just want to find a nice, good, honest person/company that is timely.
