Long story short my ex-wife is ruining my credit and my life by not paying a loan that I co-signed on years ago. I won’t go into all the details. Someone on a different board said I should try to get an attorney to help get a judgment or something and then register the debt in her name only... I don’t fully understand it, but I was hoping to find an attorney who could help. Anyone know someone good and hopefully not too expensive? Thank you
