There is a section of one side that will need siding replaced, so we need someone that can do that as well. The deck in the back also needs to be stripped (or pressure washed) and painted.   Covington painting is a very good painting company. They do siding as well. 509 499 7414 Your only problem is the weather. I know Covington painting real well, they have good prices and quality work.
