Mexican Rotisserie Chicken When on vacation in Mexico, there are a couple chains of rotisserie chicken stalls that are so far and away the best rotisserie chickens I've ever had... El Pechugon is my favorite, and there are also Super Pollo and Pollo Feliz. I love their seasoning, the way they roast potatoes and jalapenos underneath that get doused with the rendered chicken fat...
Anybody know of spots that come closest to these in Chicago? So many Mexican restaurants, but have yet to find a comparable bird here. I have tried Pollo Express in Pilsen a few times, and it's OK but more smokey and dry because they grill over open flame.

Rotisserie chicken "culture" is ingrained in most Spanish speaking countries, so while finding Mexican isn't the easiest in Chicago, several other Latin American restaurants have rotisserie chicken which might fit the bill: Brasa Roja - [https://www.brasarojaresturant.com/](https://www.brasarojaresturant.com/) D'Candela - [https://www.dcandelarestaurant.com/](https://www.dcandelarestaurant.com/) Chopo Chicken - [http://www.chopochicken.com/](http://www.chopochicken.com/) pollo a la brasa
