  Tattoo place recommendations? What’s a good place to get a tattoo on campus for a reasonable price? I’m looking at a tattoo that’s pretty small and only has one color besides using the typically black ink. It’s a really simple design. Also I have dark skin (I am Indian btw), so the artist needs to have some experience working on dark skin tones. Tattoo colors on dark skin requires some knowledge.
