About us
Music City Healing Arts offers a holistic approach to wellness. I offer various styles of massage and Bodywork including: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, MFR, Aromatherapy, Polarity, Reflexology, Acupressure and Thai Yoga Massage. Private Yoga is offered for those who would like to explore and deepen their practice. It is also great for those new to yoga and aren't sure where to start!
I offer custom tailored sessions to meet the clients unique needs. Often times sessions are a blending of many methods woven together for a specific and unique experience every time!
Thai Yoga Massage is given fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is either a 90 minute or a 2 hour session that mindfully combines compression, acupressure, reflexology, facilitated stretching and conscious breathing. The end result is a feeling of being relaxed and invigorated as the stuck energy along the Sen Lines is released and allowed to flow freely throughout the receiver's body.
I strive to create an upscale, calm atmosphere that promotes healing and ease in body, mind and spirit. I have years of experience in assisting clients with their desires to live a pain free life in ease. I look forward to assisting you on your healing path, and attaining your holistic wellness goals.
All bodywork sessions are $80 per hour.
The charge is $100 per hour for out calls with a 2 hour minimum and a $35 fee for locations that are more than a 10 mile radius from the facility.
Onsite corporate chair massage is offered for $60 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Private Yoga is offered for those who would like to take their practice to a deeper level. We will explore yoga theory and practical applications for daily modern life. Incorporating pranayama, mudras, mantra, meditation, and asana we can refine your practice and unlock hidden tensions to create more energy flow and ease in the body, mind and spirit.
Private yoga is $60 per hour with a weekly commitment for 12 weeks. ... show moreshow more
