  Any vet recommendations? My boyfriend and I are thinking about adopting a couple of kittens in the near future. Does anyone have any recommendations for local vets? We don’t have a car so it would be ideal to have one within walking or bus distance of Mount Vernon. We’re both students on stipends so cost is a concern but not a deal-breaker. Thanks!

  Sorry to be a downer, but if you're both on stipends, adopting a couple of kittens may not be the best idea. Especially when considering vet costs long term. Its your life though.
