Year 2020 (Condo) Insurance Company? Hello Edmonton,
Can anyone recommend an Insurance Company that has no qualms emailing (versus having to call during business hours) items like 'Proof of Insurance' required for some Alberta Condo Boards due to the new legislation?
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
Background: I am still with the Sadler Insurance broker I signed up with as a naive young first-time homebuyer, and the three times in the past 13 years I've had to contact her she absolutely requires I speak to her on the phone. I work shift work, and that inflexibility doesn't really work out with me - one time she was on holiday, the person covering her has been able to help me out over email. I am willing to pay more if I can find a broker who is more accomodating - any suggestions, my friends?
Thanks in advance, helpful Edmontonians! (Forgive me if I don't respond immediately, too!)

I'd try seniores 403 451 0101 ask for my man Jimmy Trumpets he's a great guy he's been selling insurance for a long time. He's been getting me the cheapest rates since 2012 it's even cheaper if you bundle. He takes it serious and people know it he goes to the end of the earth for his clients.
Looking for a contractor Hi there,
I'm looking to remove a wall between 2 bedrooms in my home and another wall beside my fridge in my kitchen and I need a decent contractor that can do it at a reasonable price.
Can anyone recommend anyone or is there anyone here that can provide me with a quote? It would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!

Yo call up seniores (403) 451-0101 and ask for Jimmy Trumpets, he'll probably do it for a case of beer if he can do it in a day (wouldn't be surprised) he's a pretty talented guy. You have to get a hold of him while he's@work because he doesn't carry a phone. Just keep leaving messages until he gets back. Good luck with your wall!
