  I have a FABULOUS Dr. Although he is not on Polaris Pkwy, I know that you would love him! He has been my Dr since my brain surgery in 2010. He is just awesome! His name is Jacob Conklin, he practices out of the Milhon clinic (an Ohio Health facility) located where 315 dead ends at Hard Rd. SO GREAT! 614-533-4000
