  True isolation for LA's shelter animals. Reposted from @friendsofwestvalley LA Animal Services banned volunteers and on the premise and closed their doors to the public and stray animals in need of sheltering. But they sent out emails saying they are providing enrichment and exercise, in the same manner as if volunteers were there. But where are the “walks”, “exercise” or “playgroups”? Another empty promise from Brenda Barnette. For 10 years now, so she is making millions of dollars in salary off the back of homeless pets. And yet this is what we get, dogs languish in the kennels, stray kittens and puppies turned away with nowhere else to go.
