We keep getting the runaround; you need a test to get a doctor's note, and you need a doctor's note to get a test, etc etc. If we can't get her tested then she's back to work tomorrow working flights and interacting with people. HELP! ​ Edit: She has had 1-step-removed contact with confirmed cases (and very likely first-hand contact with unconfirmed cases) and has been in dozens of airports and hotels this month alone.

  I can't be certain they will do the test, but when I called my doctor yesterday the receptionist told me they're only testing people who show symptoms. Not sure if they'll give you the runaround if you're a new patient, but here's their contact info. Greensboro Medical Associates (336) 373-0611.
