Appreciate any insight you all can provide, sad to be leaving this great city! And before people say "it's not the best time to sell a home!!!" ... I know...   Full disclosure I've been doing freelance work with [Olear](https://olear.com), but people love them. They'll do buying and selling but focus mostly on selling. They price well, sell quickly and have a pretty wide net of location experience even though their office is in Tonawanda. Plus they're doing virtual home sales right now, with tours, interviews, all kinds of social distance friendly real estate.
