So for Mother's Day I chose an all purple arrangement with a purple container online. My mother sent me a picture of them, containing pink and other colors with a white container. Again, it was supposed to be ALL purple my mother loves purple. So I called they claimed it was a mix up. They agreed to send out another arrangement. It was wrong again. They argued with me like my mother and I were color blind. I say my mother because after I called again stating it was still wrong and they offered a refund, they called my mother and told her they were going to come get the flowers! I called them she said "Well yeah if you are getting your money back I will get my flowers back!" Who conducts business this way. After I told them no just leave the charge they started laughing. I asked if it was funny to them and they replied "Very funny!".
