  You might try Danny O'Connor at Weis and O'Connor (www.woclaw.com) or Chenee Castruita at Butler, Cincione and DiCuccio (www.bcdlaws.com). Both are young, bright lawyers who regularly practice in domestic relations court. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, the legal clinic at Capital University Law School has a section that handles family law cases, and they may be able to help you. Alternatively, the Legal Aid Society of Columbus sponsors a number of brief advice clinics around the city where you might get someone who can give you a quick answer as to how you might be able to handle the matter yourself.
