Ruby A. asked:Can anyone recommend a good plumber that doesn't cost and arm and a leg? We had tree roots in our lines. MSD took care of their part. There is a pipe on our part that needs to be dug up and reconnected. It's dropped down about 1-2 inches from where it should be. Had a plumber come out and he quoted $1600! The pipe is about 8 feet under ground. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks.
