plantsrockbro replied:Ugh we moved from out of state, too, upstate ny and we’ve bought before. Gail Hardy was incredible- when neither of us was in-state she would go and FaceTime us houses that were all what we wanted, we’ve now bought another property through her, and legit use people she’s recommended for the project for our in-laws. She was also super on top of communicating with us- 10/10

Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Katie started Knox Native in 2017 after working since 2012 as a Realtor for one of East Tennessee’s largest residential home builders and another local boutique real estate firm. Her passion for architecture, history, and the unique drove her to open a real estate firm dedicated to recognizing what buyers were looking for around town and understanding the value behind the diverse neighborhoods and home styles represented in our area. Katie is currently a Fountain City resident but has lived in multiple areas of Knoxville including Fourth & Gill, Downtown, and North Knoxville.
