  John Marshall Alum, I need your help. My beautiful 71 year old mother lives in Bedford Heights. She has a 2003 Cadillac CTS that only has about 60,000 miles on it and is in general, really good shape. However, every time she has an issue with it, she takes it back to the dealer and they charge her an arm and a leg. I want to help her find a reputable repair shop in her area, but I live in Atlanta. Can anybody recommend somebody that she can trust, who will do good work and has a reputable shop?
