  In case you are wondering if you are getting a good deal, $2/sq ft is a bargain amd probably only available to contractors, $2.50 is a good deal, and $3 is fair. That being said, we like Ralph Miller at Quality Hardwood Flooring. He has done many homes in the area from $100 k flips to million dollar mansions. (816) 718-2049
