  Hi Christine call me friend Gloria she's the owner of Encina Hair Design (805-687-8970), a woman does that in her shop I think a couple times a month. This woman is from Bakersfield and specializes with diabetes clients, so she needs to be careful and clean. Tell Gloria I gave you her number.
