  Request: Dessert Delivery Recommendation? Hi all. My good doctor friend lives in Buffalo, NY and I would like to send him a dessert for being so generous with his medical advice for my dad who is unwell. His recommendations and calm demeanour have saved me from so much anxiety and I would love to send him a cake or something amazing to eat. Any recommendations on what's famous there?
