  Hi all - 2 asks - who is everyone using to open their sprinkler systems? Our sprinkler guy who was highly recommended on this page (Pasqual Irrigation) seems to no longer be in business. We now need a new contractor.. Second ask - basement flooring. Looking for someone to rip up carpet and lay down "gym" flooring. Need recommendations.. Thanks! Stay safe and healthy!

  Pasqual installed ours 3 years ago and never responded to my calls for maintenance. Do not recommend him at all!! But I did find a great guy to do our maintenance named Luis Zola. He has had to replace so many bad parts from our install. Super honest and great guy. 571 535 8980
