  Crowdsourcing - OK I am on the hunt for a GOOD, RELIABLE & LOCAL handy-person. I have several little projects going on in my home and I realize that although I'm pretty freakin' awesome I am not good at everything and I'd rather pay someone for their talents - SO - if you know someone that has reasonable rates and references, please pass their info to me. The types of jobs I will need done include: window repair, painting, hanging things, caulking, small electrical. TIA!
