  Excavation and Drainage recommendations Bought an old home where the land is sloped towards the house in both the front and back. I've had a few people suggest to put Big O drainage and grade the lot away from the house. This seems like a nightmare as I would need to dig up concrete slabs and possibly remove the deck. Looking for a contractor that will give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done.
