  It's official! Well, it's official. My family will be moving to Saint John next month! We just purchased a house on the east end, and we are very excited about it. We've never been to Saint John before, so this is all very new to us. We are comming from out of province so we will be quarantining for 2 weeks upon arrival. What are good apps for grocery deliveries? Fast food deliveries? We want to put in a fence in the back yard. Does anyone know if we can get a building permit online or will we need to wait until after quarantining to go to city hall in person? Does anyone have any recommendations for us for what to see, where to order takeout, and what to avoid after our quarantine?

  Building Permits can be done online if you initiate contact with onestop@saintjohn.ca or call 506 658 2911. I got a permit for a new deck this way back in April.
