Steve poorly installed our kitchen tile. He left our tile unleveled, and less than 4 months we had tiles cracking for unknown reasons and grout separating from tiles. He came out to inspect the damages and told us everything would be fixed. When he came to do the work, he spent less than a hour the first day just tearing up 4 tiles and laying 2 new tiles down. The next day he spent another hour laying down the last two. As for the unleveling he said he was not able to fix it even though it was his fault for not installing it correctly and leveling it before laying it down. As for the grout separating from the tile all he did was lay more grout over it, which in the end will just be a band-aid. We have filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. For the amount of money we paid, our flooring should look beautiful and professionally done, and sadly it does not look it. My advice for those who seek home improvements is to be sure they are accredited through Better Business Bureau, and to pick a trusted company. You may end up paying extra but it'll give you peace of mind knowing its a business who takes pride in their work and truly care about their customers.

I need a wood fence around my yard. Called a few places and all way to expensive this time of year. So who is some good but reasonable priced?
