  I need a lawyer to take my slum landlord to court I am looking for an attorney to take my landlord to court. There was a fire that was caused by my neighbors (vacant house that squatters broke into) and he has not fixed anything but the holes. There are also leaks causing black mold they be refuses to even have someone look at, there is also extremely bad termites which have caused the doors to fall off in the kitchen. I have complained numerous times and he will send someone out and the work never gets done or it’s months later. He let my bathtub leak into my kitchen for 2 months. I have been with him for years and even offered to move to another location but he says he can’t do that. I have been paying rent the entire time. My son has even been injured because they left nails exposed. I really need out of this rental agreement. If you can advise a good lawyer that would be great.
