  I don't know if they'd go there, but I've had excellent experiences with [Consumer Tire in Mentor](https://consumertire.com/tires-auto-repair-mentor-oh), which is around 10 miles down the road. Maybe you can arrange for the shop to take it there, or ask Consumer Tire if they'd send someone.
