  CBT/DBT therapists in ATX Hey y’all, I’m in search for a therapist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy. Been searching on psychology today website and have had two consults with no good fit yet. Looking for any and all recommendations. I have bcbs but willing to pay if they don’t accept insurance.
