  Joy Hughes- Bershire Hathaway- 770-605-5115- known her for 30 years- helped me purchase my home in East Cobb in 2012. She is a house expert- meaning that every single house I picked out, she would find flaws. For example: she knows about many siding materials (those having recalls), she discovered polybutylene pipes in current home which allowed me to leverage/negotiate a better deal.
