She’s a good negotiator, she won’t let you buy a place just because it’s nice - she’ll point out all the flaws to make sure you get a great place; she’s very patient with buyers and doesn’t put stress on you to sign or to buy; she puts good deals together; she works all hours for you and is reachable all the time. You can just call her to get a feel for her (613) 863-0544; I can’t recommend her enough. Used her repeatedly and so have friends I recommended her to.
