To assess a property you may pay upwards of 100 k for and be responsible for forever, I would not treat it like Craigslist. It’s the one thing a ‘guide’ like a realtor helps with- and you pay them nothing unless you buy. Zillow doesn’t explain much at all if you are even slightly less than an expert. All the luck.
