  Eric Otterness at Lake Area Mortgage. 651-209-2912 I refinanced with him several years ago and my ex girlfriend did as well- in her case he found a program for first-time homeowners that got some money for her closing costs. Her actual bank, Wells Fargo, treated her poorly in the process, even though she had good credit and had been a customer for many years.
