Do not use this company. Contracted by my home warranty company to repair /replace my evaporated cooler. He took days sometimes a whole week to return my phone calls. Terrible customer service. When a new unit was purchased by the warranty company he left it on the front porch refusing to install it unless we wanted to pay a $350 installation fee. After contacting my home warranty company, they told me that I was not responsible for installing the evaporated cooler, and they found a new contractor to do the job.
BridgerLand did my home warranty company a disservice, and made the whole process much more difficult and stressful- while my family sat in 100 degree weather. If BridgerLand was this difficult to work with, even with the help of my home warranty company, I most definitely wouldn't risk my personal maintenance needs on them.
