I've been putting this off for a long, long time, partly because I'm terrified I'll get a crappy dentist again. So, any recommendations? East Bay or Contra Costa would be ideal, but I'm willing to drive further for a really good dentist (SF, South Bay), esp someone who has a background in dealing with dental trauma.
