Recommendations for an affordable child therapist? My partner and I are both unemployed and without insurance at the moment, due to the pandemic. Our 14 year old is suffering from some pretty rough symptoms (depression, lethargy, self loathing, suicidal ideation) and all of us agree they would benefit from some therapy, and we really don't think we can wait until things change enough for us to get insurance back. Does anyone know any good LGBT friendly therapists/counselors that work with children that have a sliding scale or discounted services?
We're in the Tucker/Norcross area, but have transportation.

There is a doctor I used to know called Jeff Minassian. He's supposed to be very good. Intown. I don't know if he can help, but he was helpful to my brother's children.
