  I need to save a parrot's life Hello r/AskLosAngeles. I have a friend who has a parrot. He loves this parrot and never stops talking about it. He rescued it from the streets, and it's got a missing leg and is really scared of strangers. He loves this parrot. He takes care of it, but this is the first time he's ever needed professional help. Right now he called me saying the bird is having breathing trouble. Like legit breathing trouble. Where can we go take him? He lives in the 90044 area, just above Florence. He doesn't drive, so we need to know if Uber will take a bird cage and a bird to a vet. And does anyone know any vets at all? We need prices, and we need wait times.
